Shipping policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of our handmade items please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing. (Additional delays may occur around holiday seasons. Please plan accordingly). Packages are shipped in the order in which they are received.

Shipping costs for domestic U.S. are set to a flat rate ($5 for packages, $1 for stickers) U.S.-based orders above $45.00 receive FREE shipping!

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there is a significant delivery delay, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Dynamic Doodle Co. is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability. However, a replacement or refund will only be processed once the item has been returned successfully or we have received confirmation that the item is being returned.

International Customers
International orders generally take a few weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly. Your order may be subject to import duty/customs and local taxes that must be paid by you upon receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government. 

Dynamic Doodle Co. is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
